PAYMENT POLICY
- Orders are only processed after payment has been confirmed.
- We accept Bank Transfers to our Naira and UK account, PayPal, Credit / Debit Card payments
RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receipt of your order.
- To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The return must be requested within 7calendar days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in its original condition.
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.
Please note: custom orders and items bought on sale or at a discount sale are not eligible for returns
*we do not offer exchanges, please return your order and place a new one with the coupon code you receive from your return.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- Please ship returning international packages with your country/region’s local shipping carrier and be sure to use standard shipping. for added safety, please insure all packages and obtain a tracking number.
- For international returns, kindly note that custom charges incurred will not be paid by oríré. the customer is responsible for covering the cost and in the case where we pay the charges the amount payed will be deducted from the refund amount or store credit.
REFUNDS
- Oríré does not offer cash refunds but we can offer store credit for items returned in good condition within the 7 days window.
- We can only process the store credit refund after we have received the package at our warehouse.
Please note: shipping fees and duties will not be refunded
